Solitude is not isolation but the capacity to be present with yourself—your pain, growth, and uncertainty—without needing to escape or have all the answers. It’s the paradoxical space where you discover your individual strength while recognizing your deep interconnection with others, learning that you can only know yourself through relationship and can only offer authentic relationship through knowing yourself.
