Solitude
Solitude is not isolation but the capacity to be present with yourself—your pain, growth, and uncertainty—without needing to escape or have all the answers.
It’s the paradoxical space where you discover your individual strength while recognizing your deep interconnection with others, learning that you can only know yourself through relationship and can only offer authentic relationship through knowing yourself.
True solitude is the courage to sit with not-knowing, finding that you are already enough for whatever life brings, even when you can’t see it yet.
